In-person individual therapy sessions, group therapy and workshops in Downtown Toronto as well as online sessions (via Zoom or FaceTime) from where you are.
Scheduling and Fees
The fee structure applies for both in-office, phone or online sessions. FaceTime or Zoom (a free downloadable application) sessions are for clients who are unable to come to the office or who live outside of Toronto.
Intake Session 80 min. ($160)
Follow-up Individual Therapy 50 min. ($110)
Follow-up Individual Therapy 80 min. ($160)
Couples Therapy 80 min. ($175)

Workshops / Group Therapy 110 min. ($50)

Modes of Payment Accepted
Cash, e-transfer, and personal cheque; for credit card/PayPal payments, a 3.5% service fee applies. A digital receipt is issued after each session, at the end of each month, or at the end of the year for income tax purposes. Payment is due at the end of each session. Online payments are to be processed prior to the session.
Rescheduling and Cancellations
Your appointment time is reserved specially for you. I appreciate as much advance notice as possible. Please reschedule or cancel at least 24 hrs prior to your appointment (or by 12 noon the previous day) by phone or text so as to not incur the full cost of the session. Cancellations can be made by email, phone or text when outside of the 24-hour period.
Psychotherapy services are not covered by OHIP but are tax deductible medical expenses, and are increasingly being covered by extended health care benefit plans. Please inquire with your employer's insurance company to determine if coverage is available.
