Follow-up individual therapy session » 80 min. ($210)

(HST included)

Mode of Payment

Payment is due via e-transfer prior to the session. Future sessions cannot be booked until previous sessions are paid unless an arrangement has been made.

Rescheduling and Cancellations

Your appointment time is reserved specially for you. Please reschedule or cancel at least 24 hrs prior to your appointment by email so as to not incur the full cost of the session. Cancellation fees are not covered by private insurance.

insurance

Psychotherapy services are not covered by OHIP - Ontario Health Insurance Plan. There are however, a growing number of extended benefits insurance plans that accept coverage for Registered Psychotherapists (RPs).

«Psychotherapy» can imply service coverage by healthcare providers other than RPs such as: psychologists, social workers, nurses, physicians, and occupational therapists.

Please inquire directly with your benefits provider before booking an appointment to determine if coverage specific to Registered Psychotherapists who are members of the College of Registered Psychotherapists of Ontario (CRPO) is included.

receipts

A digital receipt is issued after a session has taken place and payment has been received––which you can then submit to your insurance company for reimbursement. Alternatively, a digital receipt can be issued at the end of the year for income tax purposes as session fees are tax deductible medical expenses. You can choose one of the two options (not both).

please note

I do not provide any reports, letters or verbal opinions in relation to court matters.
